Returning to Australia for a lightning fast run in March off the back of her brand new single ’98 Till Now’ is New Zealand’s Ladi6, the incredible talent who effortlessly takes Hip Hop, Soul and Beat Culture in her stride.
Her dynamic and evolving live show has travelled the world and shared stages with artists as musically diverse as Hip Hop Masta Ace and Soul man Mayer Hawthorne, with band mates Parkes and Julien Dyne rocking live drums, decks and all manner of beat trickery whilst Ladi6 commands the stage and mic with her deft skills and breathtaking voice.
’98 Till Now’ is the first proper single off Ladi6’s second album ‘The Liberation Of…’ and is produced in collaboration with phenomenal German producer Sepalot. Impacting on radio station across the country in February, this is a standout track from a brilliant album.
